If you are having trouble viewing/using our website, please ensure your browser is up to date. Clear your cache/history and ensure that you are not using Internet Explorer.


I've forgotten how to access my online subscription.
Click/tap the menu item at the far right ("Online subs") and then enter username and password. Alternatively use the log in form on the left-hand side of the homepage.  Once logged in, the "online subscriptions" link appears in the login form area.  Click on this to go to the issues in your subscription.  The expiry date also displays in the top right-hand corner. NB: don't go to the downloads area, this is incorrect. Follow this link and bookmark for quick login access to the online subscription.

Why did I get an error message when I attempted to log in?
The most common reason you should encounter any error messages at login is because the username or password you are using is incorrect or you are attempting to create an account when you already have a user accountYour username is easily retrieved via email (link at the login form here) and is not necessarily your email address. Please check your username as this is where most people run into problems by entering an incorrect username. There is also a "forgot your password" link at the login form. Also please ensure you activate your account when you set it up. This is done by clicking on the link in the registration email you receive when you set up your account. If you don't receive a registration email, please check your spam folder and contact us if you still have problems.

I am getting an "invalid" message on a white background.
Your session has timed out.  Please refresh the page and continue.  To do this on a Mac, use the command key and press "R".  On a PC use "Control" + "R". If this fails, close the window and re-open www.nexusmagazine.com. On a device just tap on the reload symbol in the address bar. If this problem persists, please clear your history and cookies for nexusmagazine.com and reload the page.

I'm not receiving emails regarding my download/online subscription.
Please log in to your account and check the email address you have used matches the one you are currently using.  Also please carefully check there are no typographical errors in the email address. If you have established your email address is correct, please add This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to your address book so the emails don't end up in your spam folder.
